Office Manager

VPS is looking for a part-time Office Manager to support a small office in the Caldecotte Lakes Business Park area. The ideal candidate will be competent managing office facilities and lease requirements, health and safety for the office and coordinating office events. They should possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors.

This role is office based and part-time, Monday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organise office activities including office communications
• Oversee stock of office supplies
• Greet visitors at office
• Office facilities management – managing cleaners and other trades people, office repairs, equipment maintenance, landlord interaction and managing parking spaces.
• Health & Safety Officer – responsible for first aid, fire and general office safety
• Travel bookings for employees

Skills:

• Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong affinity with IT systems
• Strong communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor
