The primary objective of the role is to provide Administration and project co-ordination for our major automotive client. Providing training reports through the uploading and deployment of multi-lingual eLearning packages and measuring response, attendance and completions. To liaise with Managers regarding the distribution and progress of projects and their co-ordination.
Key tasks
● Co-ordination of the HDF team, regular communication with UK Operations Lead regarding distribution of projects/work load to the team,
● Line management of the team, managing their performance, development, reporting, absence and other HR activities
● reporting directly to the UK Programme Manager,
● liaising with the Manager and maintaining correct reports required by the client.
● Autonomy to deal with minor day to day challenges, raising higher level challenges to the Programme Manager.
● Course availability and uploading to the Learning Management System (LMS)
● Translation management and coordination, including day to day liasing with translation agencies.
● E-learning certification and testing
● Courseware library services, allocating course codes, virtual storage of training material, quality control and version tracking
● Certification claims & exemption implementation
● Data reporting using the Learning Management System (LMS)
● Raising purchase orders and invoices for area of responsibility 9if required)
● Maintain accurate records & files
● Other general administration tasks as required by the business
Core Competencies:
● Higher vocational education
● Professional – (~4 years experience) Uses a broad knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures to handle complex tasks and/or give guidance to others.
● Excellent organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines
