What you\’ll be doing
- Design and develop impactful dashboards in Power BI, using DAX to transform raw data into clear insights.
- Create standout visualizations that help our customers understand and act on their data.
- Leverage DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modelling to deliver accurate insights, compelling visuals, and ensure solid row-level security for sensitive data.
- Automate reports and processes using tools such as DAX , Python, Power Automate to boost efficiency and free up time for deeper, more meaningful analysis.
- Build and optimise data workflows with Python, streamlining data cleaning, analysis, for smarter decisions.
- Confidently handle large data sets and process them into the formats our business needs.
- Contribute fresh ideas to support continuous innovation, development, and new feature functionality.
- Define performance indicators and measures in line with customer programmes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, measuring performance against metrics and linking training data to business results.
- Support governance through data gathering and presentation creation.
- Develop performance reporting across programs and projects
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity and governance with detailed documentation,
- Deliver projects on time, to the highest quality, and within budget, keeping standards high at every step.
- Communicate progress clearly and manage stakeholder expectations with confidence.
What we are looking for
- University level education or equivalent in data analytics or equivalent
- Business experience in Data Analysis including tools such and MS PowerBI with DAX
- Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications (esp. excellent MS-Excel skills)
- Business knowledge and hands on experience in Python, Power Automate and Cornerstone On Demand LMS reporting module
- Practical and theoretical Knowledge in information management, process management, data governance, data security (GDPR) and rhetorical and presentation skills
- Preferably advanced knowledge and experience with other BI tools
- Ability to work from Milton Keynes office 3 days a week and ideally live within a 20 mile radius due to location.
Please note: Our office location is not easily commutable by public transport therefore the successful candidate will need their own transport.
