Quality and Compliance Manager – UK & Ireland

Location: Multi-site role

Are you a driven Quality leader looking to make a real impact across a multi-site organisation? VPK Packaging UK & Ireland is seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead all quality and compliance activity across our five manufacturing sites.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll develop and execute the strategic plan for quality, standardise processes, and foster a unified approach to quality and compliance across the region. You’ll be instrumental in embedding a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Quality Planning – Develop and deliver a proactive quality management strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Standardisation & Improvement – Implement consistent processes and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and certifications. Lead internal/external audits and corrective actions.
  • Leadership – Build, guide, and develop a high-performing quality team across multiple sites.
  • Engagement – Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all areas of the business.
  • Data & Reporting – Use data-driven analysis to track and communicate quality performance.
  • Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential quality and compliance risks proactively.
