We are looking for a Business Development Manager. VPC London Ltd is a growing service provider delivering professional cleaning, property maintenance and property improvement services to residential and commercial clients across London and the surrounding areas. Our services include domestic and commercial cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, painting and decorating and general property maintenance for landlords, property managers, businesses and homeowners. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our client base and strengthen relationships with commercial and residential partners.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about driving growth, building long-lasting client relationships and expanding our service footprint. This is a hands-on role with real influence over strategy and execution, reporting directly to the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue across existing and new market segments.
  • Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities with commercial, domestic and corporate clients.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, letting agents, property managers, facilities teams and other strategic partners.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, service agreements and commercial presentations.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and ongoing service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and service demand to inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
