We’re supporting a well-established financial services organisation entering a significant period of change. They’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide flexible interim support over the coming months. With an increased workload anticipated, this role will focus on managing complex BAU Employee Relations cases and supporting consultation activity during peak periods.
The role will include:
- Managing end-to-end complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence etc.)
- Supporting organisational change, including conducting 1:1 consultation meetings
- Preparing consultation documentation and advising managers on process
- Providing additional HR support during busy periods
About you:
- Experienced HR professional (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred)
- Confident in managing complex ER independently
- Experienced in supporting change and consultation processes
- Able to hit the ground running and flex hours as needed
Details:
- Circa 20 hours per week (flexible, with potential to increase during peak times)
- March start
- £40-£50 per hour
- Ongoing interim support
