Our client, a fast-growing investment management firm focused on growth markets and impact investing, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support two founders and a small senior leadership team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, offering exposure to strategic decision-making, portfolio companies and the wider investment ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing dedicated support to two founders
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Supporting the wider senior leadership team on an ad-hoc basis
- Coordinating international travel, meetings and logistics
- Providing some personal / lifestyle support
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, reports and key documents
- Supporting with financial administration
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA / EA role
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders
- Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend by a further 3 months. London | Hybrid £40,000 – £45,000 DOE
