We're recruiting on behalf of an innovative, purpose-led organisation looking to appoint an experienced
Executive Assistant to support two members of its
C-suite leadership team .
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working at executive level and is confident managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
The Opportunity
Reporting into one of the C-suite executives while supporting both leaders, you'll become a trusted partner responsible for ensuring priorities are managed effectively, communications flow seamlessly and executive time is focused on the highest-value activities.
A key aspect of this position is managing and triaging a busy executive inbox, requiring excellent judgement, outstanding written communication skills and the confidence to make informed decisions on priorities.
The organisation operates primarily remotely, with occasional travel to Tunbridge Wells and London for Senior Leadership Team and Board meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first-class Executive Assistant support to two C-suite executives.
- Managing and prioritising a busy executive inbox, identifying actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinating complex diaries, meetings, travel and executive commitments.
- Tracking actions and ensuring priorities are progressed across the organisation.
- Drafting and reviewing executive communications.
- Supporting Board and Senior Leadership Team meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating papers and following up on actions.
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and Executive Assistants across partner organisations.
- Supporting company projects and events.
- Managing executive expenses.
- Handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
About You
We're looking for someone who can confidently operate at C-suite level and enjoys bringing structure to busy executive teams.
You'll have
- Previous experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong experience managing complex diaries and executive inboxes.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to quickly understand business priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgement, initiative and the confidence to work independently.
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with experience using modern collaboration tools such as Slack.
