Executive Assistant to C-Suite - 12 Month FTC to perm London | £65,000–£75,000 | Hybrid – 3 days onsite We’re working with a highly regarded organisation to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the view to go permanent. This is a senior EA position supporting at C-suite level within a complex international environment. We’re looking for someone polished, charismatic and confident who can operate as a genuine right hand to a senior executive while building strong relationships across the wider organisation. This is a fast-moving role with significant global exposure, so we’re particularly interested in EAs who have supported senior executives within large, international organisations such as financial services, professional services, banking or global corporates. Extensive international travel, itineraries and logistics Managing expenses and wider executive administration Ensuring the executive is fully prepared and briefed for meetings, travel and engagements We’re looking for a career Executive Assistant with around 10+ years’ experience, including significant experience supporting at C-suite or equivalent level. You’ll ideally have worked within a large international organisation – perhaps within financial services, banking, professional services or a similarly complex global environment.
