Flexible HR Manager

We’re supporting a growing professional services firm who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a flexible basis – around 20 hours per week, spread across the week to suit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering closely with leadership teams, but doesn’t want the constraints of a full-time role.
The role will include:
- Managing day-to-day HR operations and compliance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Reviewing and updating policies and procedures
- Advising managers on employee relations and best practice
- Driving engagement and wellbeing projects
About you:
You’ll be an experienced HR professional (ideally CIPD L5 qualified or equivalent) who enjoys hands-on work, clear communication, and being a trusted partner to the business.
Experience in a professional services, financial, or SME environment would be ideal.
