Relocation to the Middle East Required.
Our global client, based in the Middle East, is currently hiring for several Executive Assistants to join them. We have placed multiple EAs into this company, who absolutely love it!
This role would require relocating and is on a single status basis (Can only be yourself relocating). The community you would be relocating to is simply amazing β they have approx. 13,000 western expats onsite along with fantastic amenities β onsite gyms, pools, cinemas, Starbucks, restaurants and active communities.
Should your application be successful, you will be allocated a relocation worker to support you through the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Organising travel itineraries, visa applications and expenses management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 yearsβ experience working in an EA / PA / Office Manager or Secretarial position
- Low living expenses β your own apartment for $100 β $200 per month (this includes all utility bills)
- Generous holiday entitlement
- Severance payment on leaving (minimum 2 years with company)
- Free Medical care
