Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP . Key Responsibilities : Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings Liaise with international support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and General Services Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support Key Requirements: 8+ years\’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience Stakeholder management experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail High level of confidentiality and discretion Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM This role is onsite and offers a salary between £55,000 – £65,000 DOE.
