Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers.
  • Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings.
  • Liaise with international support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and General Services.
  • Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM.
