Job Description
Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers
- Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings
- Liaise with international support functions, including HR, IT, Finance, and General Services
- Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM
This role is onsite and offers a salary between £55,000 – £65,000 DOE.
