Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers.
- Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings.
- Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support.
8+ years' experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience.
