Executive Assistant - 9-Month FTC

Our client, a fast-growing investment management firm focused on growth markets and impact investing, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support two founders and a small senior leadership team. This is an immediate-start role.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, offering exposure to strategic decision-making, portfolio companies and the wider investment ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing dedicated support to two founders
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple time zones
  • Supporting the wider senior leadership team on an ad-hoc basis
  • Coordinating international travel, meetings and logistics
  • Providing some personal / lifestyle support
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing presentations, reports and key documents
  • Supporting with financial administration

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA / EA role
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders
  • Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend by a further 3 months.

£40,000 – £45,000 DOE
