Our client, a fast-growing firm in the financial services sector, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support their CEO/founder, as well as a small leadership team in London.
This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role in a fast‐paced, entrepreneurial environment, offering exposure to strategic decision‐making, portfolio companies, and the venture ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones
Coordinate travel, logistics, and meetings
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents
Support portfolio tracking, fund reporting, Excel models, and investment meetings
Assist with marketing initiatives and digital content
Key Requirements:
Experience supporting senior executives
Background in financial services
