Our client, a fast-growing firm in the financial services sector, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support their CEO/founder, as well as a small leadership team in London. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment, offering exposure to strategic decision‑making, portfolio companies, and the venture ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and meetings
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents
- Support portfolio tracking, fund reporting, Excel models, and investment meetings
- Assist with marketing initiatives and digital content
