Our client within the Finance Services sector is seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support their CEO and oversee the smooth running of their London office. This role is to start ASAP . Manage day-to-day office operations, welcome guests, and liaise with building management and suppliers Support HR administration, including onboarding, payroll coordination, and acting as the main contact with the HR team Coordinate travel arrangements and internal events, including Board meetings Act as a central point of contact, combining hospitality, administration, and leadership support 8+ years\’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant & Office Management experience ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM
