Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of machines are completed to high standards.
- Serve as the frontline representative for customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
- Carry out essential maintenance and servicing of hire machinery on-site with customers.
- Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or mechanical issues during site visits.
