Job Introduction

Become part of our amazing operational branch team as a Hire Manager and help us maintain our place as the Nation’s leading Tool hire business.

In this fast-paced branch role, you’ll efficiently manage our hire desk to ensure service levels are met.

Previous experience within tool and plant hire is extremely essential.

You’ll also have responsibility for our hard-working drivers, ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire desk and team management
  • Ensuring the branch remains profitable
  • Displaying professional customer service at all times
  • Providing cover for the Branch Manager when required
  • Compliance with all Health & Safety requirements

  • Plant hire or construction industry experience would be an advantage
  • Supervisory or management experience
  • Knowledge of small tools & plant desirable
  • Valid UK Driving licence
  • Excellent IT skills – confident using internal systems, devices, applications etc
