Key Responsibilities
- Qualifying Inbound Leads: Maximising conversion from marketing leads, social media and website traffic.
- Outbound Prospecting: Outbound calls and targeted email introductions to drive new opportunities from existing/lapsed/prospect accounts.
- Managing Proposal Follow-ups: Nurturing open opportunities with structured follow-up sequences to close deals and secure contracts.
- Expanding CRM databases: Strategic customer targeting, to build contact lists and customer awareness, to aid Marketing communications.
- Maintaining CRM Hygiene: Logging daily client interaction data, pipeline status, and next-action deadlines strictly within CRM databases.
- Booking Strategic Appointments: Scheduling structured meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for the sales team.

- Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with a drive for generating new business and building a customer base.
- Reliable with desire to meet and exceed targets.
