Overview
As a Website Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and reporting on the performance of our websites to ensure they function smoothly and effectively. Your focus will be on updating content, monitoring website performance, assisting with technical issues, and collaborating with the marketing team and external developers as needed. This role is essential in keeping our websites up to date, user-friendly, aligned with business needs, and providing insights that drive digital improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Maintenance: Perform regular content updates, monitor website functionality, fix minor bugs, and ensure the site works across devices and browsers.
- Form Management: Monitor all forms submitted through the websites and ensure they are forwarded promptly to the relevant teams.
- User Testing Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when new features or updates are rolled out, ensuring everything functions correctly.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Developers: Work alongside the marketing team and external developers to implement website updates and enhancements.
- Website Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track website performance using tools like Google Analytics, create regular performance reports, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement to the marketing team.
- Agency Relationship Management: Work closely with our web development agency to ensure websites are running smoothly, updates are implemented effectively, and technical issues are resolved promptly.

- Experience in Website Management: Previous exposure to managing websites, with knowledge of platforms like Kentico being advantageous.
