Overview
In this role you will provide technical guidance and uphold product and service quality across depots and workshops. You will develop training programs, support product demonstrations, and collaborate with sales and marketing to grow offerings. You will engage with customers and internal teams to standardise processes and improve support. This role combines technical leadership with training and revenue growth across Sales, Hire, Service, Repair, Training and Installations.

Responsibilities
- Standardise depot/workshop processes with ESS Workshops and manage internal product workflows
- Ensure equipment quality, timely delivery and service standards in collaboration with depots and workshops
- Support product demonstrations through virtual/site visits and exhibitions
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to promote products and identify market opportunities
- Drive revenue growth across Sales, Hire, Service, Repair, Training and Installations
- Develop a training portfolio for internal staff and external customers to increase revenue and skill levels
- Maintain the G42 service schedule system
Key requirements
- Train the Trainer qualification or equivalent
- Relevant industry and product knowledge
- Experience within Engineering / Construction
- Clean driving licence
- Management and/or Sales experience desirable
- Manufacturer training desirable
