- After Probation (26 weeks) β Β£32,000 (realistic OTE: Β£38,500)
- After 2 Years β Β£34,000 (realistic OTE: Β£40,500)
About the Role
As a Driver\βs Mate for TPA, you will work closely with the driver as part of a two-man team, delivering, installing and collecting portable roadways in a variety of different settings across the UK.
As part of the role, we provide full training and a clear pathway to becoming a Class 1 Driver on our state-of-the-art vehicles.

We are not looking for temporary workers, full time permanent commitment is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Must enjoy being on the road and working outside in all weathers
- Use the lorry loader crane to install and recover our unique range of temporary roadway products
- Provide our customers with appropriate familiarisation of equipment
- Carry out weekly vehicle, trailer & crane cleaning procedure
- Map read and plan routes in discussion with the Driver
- Ensure that paperwork is accurately completed
- Identify and record all damaged stock correctly with the driver
- Carry out a weekly vehicle stock-check
- Ensure health & safety for you and others in the working area
In addition to the above
- Must be comfortable spending time away from home, Monday to Friday
- Weekend overtime available
