As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of MEP Hire in your region—Covering the Greater Manchester geographical territory and delivering sustainable revenue growth across our innovative range of products and services. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth and Hire Revenue while maintaining profitability within our pricing and discount frameworkStrengthen relationships with existing customers at both head office and site level to unlock new opportunities and deeper partnershipIdentify and win new customers, with a focus on subcontractors working on major construction projectsIncrease awareness of MEP Hire and the wider Vp Group as trusted, expert partners in the industryBuild strong local relationships that support the strategic objectives of our National Account partnershipUse our CRM platform to keep customer data accurate, plan activity, and manage your pipeline effectivelyOperate on a 20-day cycle to ensure smart, efficient journey planning that maximizes customer engagementGain technical knowledge of our equipment and stay current on key regulations so you can offer informed, value-led solutionsUse your understanding of our products' features and benefits to highlight what sets MEP Hire apart in the marketWhat We're Looking For We're after a proactive, ambitious Account Manager who thrives on hitting goals and building strong, trust-based customer relationships.
