Working alongside the Regional Director, you will focus on business growth through the retention of existing clients and a continuous drive to add to the existing client base throughout Europe. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop lasting client relationships, including regular face-to-face contact.
  • Much of your activity will be in the Aberdeen region; however, there is no geographical limit within the UK & European markets for you to develop and grow our customer portfolio.
  • Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, managing your own diary.
  • Identify & present opportunities relating to new markets, geographies, and product applications for appraisal by senior management.
  • Foster an environment of good internal communication between Operations, Workshop, Finance & Marketing departments.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an external business development role.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Ability to plan & prepare presentations and submit monthly activity reports.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK & Europe as required.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to formulate & implement pursuit plans aimed at new clients, markets, applications & geographies.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
