Working within the Internal Sales Team your main responsibility will be to increase company revenue and profitability in line with agreed KPI's and business standards. To facilitate this, your area of focus will be to support the regional operations team with increasing revenue and profit through the local customer portfolio assigned to you and ad hoc campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate spend from lapsed and new business accounts, through telephone and email communication.
- Be proactive and confident in generating business from cold leads.
- Actively work with the wider Sales Teams to share leads and opportunities within the Customer Pyramid.
- Meet agreed revenue and profit targets.
- Take a proactive approach to growing existing accounts within your agreed portfolio.
- Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA's.
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with activity at all times.
