We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hire/Sales Coordinator with relevant telephone based customer service experience to join our existing team here in Harrogate, providing the highest level of customer service and help develop business by converting enquiries into hire business.
Key Responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will include quoting prices, taking orders and processing them through to completion, with the aim of increasing our customer base through pro-active business development
- You will liaise with the hire desk team and support our depot network and transport team to ensure that we exceed customer expectations and agreed service levels
- With specific responsibility for one of our depots you will be required to develop strong relationships with our customers and our internal colleagues
- This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing company and work with some of the key players in the construction and house building industries.
