The Travel & Expenses Analyst is responsible for managing, auditing, and optimizing employee travel and expense processes. This role ensures compliance with company policies, improves cost efficiency, and supports employees with expense-related queries while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, audit, and process employee expense claims in line with company policies
  • Monitor travel and expense spending trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements
  • Administer and maintain Concur, the expense management system
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and policy violations
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on expense policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Procurement teams to improve T&E processes
  • Prepare regular reports on divisional travel spend, policy compliance, and key metrics
  • Conduct both group and divisional analysis on spending trends, cross checking both Concur and perk platforms
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills including interpreting data by creating pivot tables, using vlookup's and macros
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsibility
  • Experience with expense management tools, specifically Concur, is desirable
