Vp's Graduate Programme offers you a 2-year rotation through all ten of our UK and Irish based operating divisions, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries and business units.

Vp is a well-renowned enterprise comprising ten main operating divisions that provide rental and sales solutions of specialised products and services to an extensive range of markets, such as construction, civil engineering, rail, water, oil and gas, outdoor events and housebuilding.

As a Graduate with Vp, you’ll get to experience all areas of our multi-faceted business spending time in all of our business units. Here you'll meet key people from across the organisation and gain valuable insights into the way our business operates learning about Sales, Marketing, Operations and finance. You'll work with colleagues from different departments and observe different approaches, building a broad skillset that will set you up for success in your career.

The experience won’t stop there. You'll also work on a genuine business project to add value to the group using your new knowledge, skills and behaviours to make a real impact. As a key member of the Vp team, you’ll enjoy the opportunity for career growth and advancement within our award-winning business.

We're looking for motivated graduates past and present with a minimum of a 2:1 class bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills and the confidence and assertiveness to mix with and influence people at all levels of our organization. Because our graduates travel throughout the UK and Ireland during the programme, you must hold a Full UK Driver's Licence and be comfortable being away from home where required for up to a week at a time. Don’t worry - your travel expenses and accommodation will be fully covered during this regular travel.
