Key Responsibilities
  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
  • You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
  • Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
  • Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
  • Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers – Essential.
  • A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering – Desirable.
  • A practical problem solver, using initiative where necessary.
  • A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required.
  • Well organised with experience of managing time effectively.
  • A valid driving licence.
