Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
- Serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
- Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
- Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
- Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers - Essential.
- A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering - Desirable.
- A practical problem solver, using initiative where necessary.
- A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required.
- Well organised with experience of managing time effectively.
- A valid driving licence.
