Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
  • Serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
  • Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
  • Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
  • Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers - Essential.
  • A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering - Desirable.
  • A practical problem solver, using initiative where necessary.
  • A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required.
  • Well organised with experience of managing time effectively.
  • A valid driving licence.
