Key Responsibilities
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our machines are completed to our high standards.
- You will also serve as the frontline representative for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and fostering lasting customer connections.
- Carrying out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers.
- Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
- Collaborating with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers.
- A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- A valid driving licence.
