Support Worker Days

We are looking for highly motivated, skilled and reliable Support Workers in Grimsby area. Supporting a male client with a Learning Disability, ADHD and complex behaviour. Male only due to the nature of the role.Days only. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Males due to the nature of the role. You will need: Caring, patient and empathetic nature Experience of communication with people at all levels and excellent communication skills. Motivation to make a difference to our clients 6 months Experience of supporting clients with a Learning Disabilities and Complex Behaviours Full working rights to work in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship) Your role would include: Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments.
