Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker – Luton, LU6

We are seeking highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker to support a male client with an acquired brain injury in the Luton area, LU6.

Must be a driver

Shift Times:

  • Day shifts: 08:00-22:00
  • Night shifts (sleep-ins): 00:00-08:00

Requirements:

  • Ability to set boundaries
  • Strong-willed character with empathy and consistent approach to behaviors
  • Good understanding of complex behavior and brain injury
  • Full working rights (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities:

  • Accessing the community
  • Supporting client in planning her day and engaging meaningfully
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties
  • Medication management
  • Maintaining daily records
  • Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
  • Supporting social visits
