We are recruiting for a Support Worker role supporting a Male client with Brain Injury, Challenging Behaviour, and Mood Fluctuations.
Hours: 24/7 package, days and sleep-ins available
Requirements:
- UK Drivers with a valid driving license
- Full UK working rights (no sponsorship available)
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Motivated to make a difference
- Experience supporting clients with Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours or relevant care experience
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centered support
- Supporting clients' rehabilitation and development goals
- Assisting with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities
- Supporting community access in engaging and fun ways
- Working under supervision of a multidisciplinary team
- Managing complex behaviors and risks
