We are recruiting for a Support Worker role supporting a Male client with Brain Injury, Challenging Behaviour, and Mood Fluctuations.

Hours: 24/7 package, days and sleep-ins available

Requirements:

  • UK Drivers with a valid driving license
  • Full UK working rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Motivated to make a difference
  • Experience supporting clients with Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours or relevant care experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centered support
  • Supporting clients' rehabilitation and development goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities
  • Supporting community access in engaging and fun ways
  • Working under supervision of a multidisciplinary team
  • Managing complex behaviors and risks

Additional info:

  • £15.00 per hour + Holiday pay + pension
  • Referral bonuses: £200 for support workers, £300 for RMN/RNLD referrals
  • Comprehensive training provided
  • All candidates require an enhanced DBS check and two references.
