We are seeking Support workers for our Client in Wickersley! Our client is a female with an acquired brain injury who has limited mobility, will require personal care and moving and handling. Support is required 24/7, split into days and sleep-in nights. All shifts are 12 hours. Female staff only, drivers preferred.
Benefits:

Your responsibilities would include:
- Providing high-quality person-centred support to our clients
- Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation / development goals
- Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
- Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
- Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team
You will need:
- Caring, patient & empathetic nature
- Access to vehicle is preferred but not essential
- Experience with Acquired Brain Injury would be a bonus
