We are seeking Support workers for our Client in Wickersley! Our client is a female with an acquired brain injury who has limited mobility, will require personal care and moving and handling. Support is required 24/7, split into days and sleep-in nights. All shifts are 12 hours. Female staff only, drivers preferred.

Benefits:

  • Holiday pay + pension!
  • Referral bonus: Earn £200 if you refer a support worker and £300 if you refer an RMN / RNLD.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing high-quality person-centred support to our clients
  • Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation / development goals
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
  • Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team

You will need:

  • Caring, patient & empathetic nature
  • Access to vehicle is preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Acquired Brain Injury would be a bonus
