The predicted salary is between 11 - 12 £ per hour.
This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role. We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Female Support Workers in the Nottingham area to support female clients with Autism and Physical Disabilities, and Brain injury in a community setting.
Must be a driver with a full UK Driving Licence. Shift times are as follows: Vary – 12hr day, 12hr night sleep-in, 9am-6pm, £11.66-£12.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension!
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- A strong-willed character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented
- A good understanding and knowledge about Autism and Physical Disabilities
- Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship)
- Must be a driver
Your role would include:
- Accessing the community
- Supporting with helping our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her
- Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic duties
- Maintaining daily records
- Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
- Supporting with social visits
- Going out activities

Hourly day rate: £11.66 – £12.00. All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check, if not already registered on the update service. You will also be required to supply two satisfactory references.
