VP Forensic Ltd are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team supporting the temporary placement of highly skilled and trained Nurses and Support workers.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to really accelerate their career with the support of the business owner who is experienced in the health care sector.
The right person will be responsible for:
- Developing new business
- Recruiting new temporary workers
- Supporting and completing a 360 recruitment role including resourcing, screening, interviewing, compliance checks and placement of staff
- Building and sustaining long lasting relationships with our existing and new customers
- Working towards KPI’s and following targets and objectives
- Demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and using them daily with other members of the team
- Participating in our on call rota

You must have:
- Healthcare Recruiting experience
- Strong Sales capabilities
- History of overachieving targets
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to recruitment best practice
Role requires a candidate to work Monday to Friday but also to work as part of the weekend on call on a rota basis.
