VP Forensic are looking for a compassionate, patient and motivated Male Support Worker to join our team in the Great Yarmouth area , supporting a male client living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Complex Behaviour.
The role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 , as there is a genuine occupational requirement for a male Support Worker due to the specific nature and requirements of the role.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs, interests and goals. Your role will include:
• Providing high-quality, person-centred support
• Supporting rehabilitation and personal development goals
• Assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence
• Supporting access to the community and encouraging enjoyable, meaningful activities
• Building a positive, trusting relationship with the client
• Supporting and managing complex behaviours and associated risks
• Working closely with and under the guidance of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
• Encouraging confidence, independence and participation in everyday life
