We are on the search for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to work with our female client with an Acquired Brain Injury in the Clayton West area of Huddersfield.

The role includes supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals. Whilst there is flexibility needed, the client's current activities mean that support is needed for:
- Tuesday evening 16:00 - 21:30
- Thursday evening 19:15 - 21:00
- Friday afternoon 14:30 - 16:30
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00
Support will include social activities for our client at home and in the community.
