Female Support workers only: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role. We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Female Support Workers in the Nottingham- NG14 Area . This would be to support a female client with Epilepsy, and mild Learning Disabilities. Must be a driver with full UK Driving Licence Shift times are as follows: Monday to Friday- 09:30-18:30 Saturday to Sunday 10:30-16:30 £12.21 per hour You will need: Excellent communication skills Fluent English A strong-willed Character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented A good understanding and knowledge aboutAutism and Physical Disabilities. . Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship) Must be a driver and have Access to own vehicle Your role would include: Accessing the community Supporting with helping our client to plan her day. Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic duties Maintaining daily records Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals Supporting with social visits Promoting Independence and building confidence Going out activities How We Will Support You We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
