We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliableFemale Support Workersin theLS15 area. This would be to support a female client with ABI.

Female Support workers only:This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruitFemalesdue to the nature of the role.

Shift times may very:

Our Client receives support 7 days a week -6hr per day

£14.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension!

You will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Driver essential
  • With the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach
  • A good understanding and knowledge about Brain Injury
  • Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship)

Your role would include:

  • Accessing the community
  • Supporting with helping our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her.
  • Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic duties
  • Maintaining daily records
  • Motivating and encouraging the client to achieve goals
  • Supporting with social visits
  • Going out activities

Hourly day rate: £14.00

All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check, if not already registered on the update service. You will also be required to supply two satisfactory references.
