About the Role:

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two shifts are the same. You'll be working across different units and teams, supporting a range of service users so flexibility and teamwork are key.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work across secure units, hospital wards, and clinical settings
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Support individuals with challenging behaviours and complex behavioural needs and the associated risks safely and professionally
  • Assist with rehabilitation, recovery, and personal development goals
  • Promote independence, confidence, and community engagement
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Support individuals with mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and learning disabilities

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months healthcare experience within the UK
  • A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Satisfactory references
  • Current Right to Work in the UK
