VP Forensic are looking for a caring, patient and motivated Support Worker to join our team in the NR31, Great Yarmouth area , supporting a male client with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex needs. You'll play an important role in supporting our client's rehabilitation, personal development and independence , helping them work towards meaningful goals and enjoy a fulfilling day-to-day life. What You'll Be Doing As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs, interests and goals. Your role will include: · Providing high-quality, person-centred support · Supporting rehabilitation and personal development goals · Supporting daily living tasks and promoting independence · Supporting access to the community and encouraging enjoyable, meaningful activities · Building a positive and trusting relationship with the client · Supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours · Working closely with the wider support team · Encouraging confidence, independence and participation in everyday life Every day can be different, and your support could make a genuine difference to someone's life.
