About the Role:

We are a specialist nursing agency and healthcare staffing service, supplying staff to support clients and teams in both NHS and private settings, with proven experience of providing care for people with complex needs. We are competent at balancing safety with the needs of the client and service; providing ward staff with the support they really need. You'll provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a hospital/community setting, working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and promote recovery and well-being.
What You'll Do:
- Work as an agency nurse in secure services providing high-quality, person-centred care to service users with diverse mental health needs
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Support patients through their recovery journey in a safe and therapeutic environment
