Your Role As an Agency Mental Health Nurse, you will: Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Support service users with a wide range of complex mental health needs. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Develop, implement and review individualised care plans. Promote recovery, independence, and positive outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards. Create a safe, therapeutic environment for service users.
