Our client has a strong interest in music and enjoys playing instruments, making music, and attending live performances. We are looking for a support worker who shares this enthusiasm and would enjoy building a meaningful connection through music. You'll be supporting a client to continue enjoying one of his greatest passions, creating meaningful experiences together both at home and in the community. Whether you play an instrument, enjoy jamming sessions, have experience performing, or simply have a genuine love of music, this could be an incredibly rewarding role.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and empathetic individual
  • A genuine passion for music and playing instruments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous support work or care experience is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A driver with access to a vehicle and appropriate business insurance (preferred)
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)

Why Apply?

If you're enthusiastic about music, enjoy building positive relationships, and want a rewarding role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay rate: To be confirmed

How We Will Support You:

We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support. Our reward package includes much more than great rates of pay, holiday pay, flexible working hours and pension. Other benefits include:

  • Free care certificate
  • Comprehensive in-house training to develop your knowledge and skills and support you in your role with us and any future career/educational pursuits.
  • Referral bonus of £200 per support worker/HCA/care assistant and £300 per RMN/RNLD if you refer a colleague.
  • Eligibility to apply for the Blue Light scheme.
  • We recognise our colleagues who go above and beyond with staff awards.
  • No uniform required.
