About the Role:
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two shifts are the same. You will be working across different units and teams, supporting a range of service users, so flexibility and teamwork are key.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work across secure units, hospital wards, and clinical settings
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Support individuals with challenging behaviours and complex behavioural needs and the associated risks safely and professionally
- Assist with rehabilitation, recovery, and personal development goals
- Promote independence, confidence, and community engagement
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Support individuals with mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and learning disabilities
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience within the UK
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Satisfactory references
- Current Right to Work in the UK
