You’ll take ownership of care packages, lead and support staff teams, and ensure that every client receives safe, person-centred, and consistent care. What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing robust risk assessments and developing clear, effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Providing supervision, coaching, and appraisal to support workers.
- Monitoring and reviewing support packages, including oversight of daily documentation.
- Communicating confidently with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Managing rotas to ensure safe and reliable service delivery.
